Cats love a small enclosed place to snuggle. This one is great because it does not collapse easily. We find ourselves decompressing flattened cat caves that don’t have structure. 

A stainless steel water fountain is a must for superior cleaning and low bacteria accumulation. Change the filter frequently!

Make sure you choose food bowls that are ceramic and not very deep. Ceramic is easy to clean and does not harbor bacteria. The more shallow the bowl the less whisker fatigue for your kitten.

This simple design makes litter box clean up lightning fast. If you are scooping daily you don’t even have to shake to sift, the litter falls right through. I can’t tell you how much we love this.

No matter what litter you end up using, a litter bin is critical. The Litter Genie does a fabulous job keeping the odors in – even while scooping. While I am not a huge fan of the scoop it comes with, the litter genie is great. 

I have become a big fan of this system. It is clean, nearly odor free, and has virtually no tracking. The supplies are a bit pricey though.
